Galatasaray continued preparations for their Süper Lig match against Kasımpaşa with a double training session. The Yellow-Reds used the international break for intensive work at the Kemerburgaz Metin Oktay Facilities.
Under manager Okan Buruk, the first session of the day focused on strength work in the gym. The main session began with dynamic warm-ups before the squad split into two groups for an 8 vs 2 passing drill. The training concluded with tactical work in a small-sided tournament format.
The club stated that preparations would continue at the same pace. The team is finalising its last steps before the league encounter.
Galatasaray's next official match is at home against Kasımpaşa in the Süper Lig on Friday, 9 October. This week also includes a planned friendly match against Pendikspor. Okan Buruk aims to test squad depth and give minutes to some players in that game. Injury situations are being closely monitored in the final phase of preparation; the current injury list is available in the injuries section. The team will focus directly on the Kasımpaşa match after Friday's friendly.
