Galatasaray is looking to strengthen its squad with a forward signing. Jhon Duran joins the club for a 5 million euro fee. The Colombian striker was in talks with Galatasaray and had expressed his desire to join the club. Duran was previously with Fenerbahçe, but left the club during the winter break to join Zenit in the Russian league. He completed the season with Zenit and has now joined Galatasaray. Duran's transfer fee is reported to be 5 million euros per year. The 22-year-old player has played 21 games for Fenerbahçe and scored 5 goals and 3 assists. He also played 9 games for Zenit and scored 2 goals. Duran's career began in his hometown of Envigado and he later joined Chicago Fire in the MLS. He started his European career with Aston Villa in 2023 and was transferred to Al-Nassr for 77 million euros.
