Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk is altering his attacking setup after the heavy loss to Trabzonspor. Following internal discussions, Yunus Akgün is set to be deployed on the right wing, moving from his recent role as a number ten.

Buruk aims to shift Yunus Akgün back to his former position. As part of this reshuffle, Russian player Aleksey Batrakov is also in line to start, positioned ahead of the Torreira and Sara midfield pairing. The manager's intention in this regard has been confirmed within the club.

In the new plan, Rafael Leao is expected to receive more playing time on the left wing in place of Barış Alper Yılmaz, while Leroy Sane is likely to be on the bench. Provided he is fit and available, Victor Osimhen is also anticipated to return to the starting lineup after the international break. Osimhen is the team's leading scorer this season.

Galatasaray currently hold second place in the league standings. Their form from the last five matches shows three wins and two defeats.

Okan Buruk's new attacking system is set to be tested in the upcoming match against Kasımpaşa. The opponent is positioned eighth in the table.
